The meals are arranged according to the meal, the price is very affordable, the dishes are exquisite and delicious, no need to go out to find a restaurant, make a reservation with the boss in advance before you arrive. The boss lady is kind and kind, and the service is super good. The puppy ”Zhaocai” is lively and cute, and the children like it very much. This is a fantastic spot for a few days away. I do not speak very much Chinese and relied on my local friend to really help out with the finer details. The hotel and staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Check in was quick and all COVID details, passport and visa info was quickly taken note of. We were given the keys to our room on the fifth floor. What a view out across the mountains where we could watch the sunset from a huge bath tub! The room itself was super clean and had everything you would want....Large TV (we brought our own HDMI cable and movies). There was a kettle for tea but no coffee.....I forgot to pack it! Food in the hotel was of a high standard and they even made sure to check if there was anything I would prefer not to eat. Beers were available or wine but nothing else that I could see. The Host gave us excellent advice for our hike in the Tianmushan mountain and forest the next day. We had thought we may be back in time but ended up taking a long route over 11k ... in blistering heat! It was worth it. As the only Westerner in the hotel for two days I felt very welcome and comfortable. I can highly recommend Tianmushan Chengjing Homestay and will hopefully stay there again maybe in winter time.

This is my second time here. I came here to climb mountains. I picked up 10 barrels of mineral water at this B&B to take home. I think the water quality here is very good. The surrounding environment of this B&B is definitely first-class, with internal facilities and food. It’s not bad. This time I climbed the mountain and climbed to about 1000 meters on the wild road. I found a few local people picking wild tea. I passed by and picked up 5 pounds of green tea. The taste and original quality of this tea are very rich. I can’t buy that one. If I come back later, I’ll stay one night in this B&B on the mountain and one night at the foot of the mountain. Let me add that the air and water quality in Lin’an Tianmu Mountain are really good!

Sanitation is acceptable, there is room for improvement. The facilities are simple, especially the bathroom, relying on solar water heating system is basically useless in this season. The area of the mattress is much smaller than the area of Simmons, and the size of the quilt is one size smaller, so that additional quilts, electric blankets and air conditioning (additional money) are needed. Breakfast is 10 yuan, but only one white steamed bun, one egg ear, and a few plates of pickles and white porridge.

(This happens more often than other hotels), but after telling the staff, they responded quickly. If there are any shortcomings, there are none. In the indoor children's playground, the next two outdoor children's parks were not available when we went. All in all highly recommended. Our family of seven is very satisfied.
