客房總結下就是老破舊 服務還差得離譜 服務費倒是收的挺勤快 。吃飯喝茶 哪裡都不落下。不知道哪裡來的自信收服務費 。 重點點名一下餐廳的呆頭呆腦的服務員恨不得你去服務他的架勢。 還有剛到酒店下車也沒見有一個人來引導 大堂在哪裡 幫忙拿一下行李 。來杭州住過最垃圾 體驗感最差的酒店。同樣的價格 建議大家去西湖山莊住。

我想住遍杭州三家國賓館，之前住了擁有紫薇廳的西湖國賓館，這次換到柳鶯裏。但怎麼説呢，有過之前的比較就感覺…第一感覺就是他小，佔地面積小，湖景線短。 酒店有些許梅花，可以欣賞一下。地理位置的話，距離柳浪聞鶯比較近，然後就是錢王祠。酒店附帶的的早餐一般，品種不多，黃瓜汁和胡蘿蔔汁較寡淡。服務的話，中規中矩，挑不出錯。但因為之前有過另一家國賓館的體驗，所以從賞西湖的角度來説還是略遜色一些。

風景很好，在西湖邊上，服務態度也很好。但是隔音很差很差，睡午覺外面還有工作人員無敵大聲吼叫直接吵醒。晚上外面人説話走路也能聽到。隔音很不好。除了隔音不好其他都可以。隔音導致每天沒有休息好
