第二次入住柳鶯裏，攜程上買了2個園景大床房套餐，含2份聞鶯廳雙人正餐,性價比極高。再次獲得升房待遇，特地安排了兩個相鄰的庭院房，體貼周到，好評。巧合的是，跟上次住的居然是同一間，有緣
酒店地理環境優越，獨攬一線湖景，與雷峯塔遙遙相望。酒店整體規模不大，但內部一步一景，亭台樓閣，小橋流水，定時噴霧營造出一派仙氣繚繞的氛圍，不出酒店就可以享受到西湖極致美景。酒店距離西湖十景之一的柳浪聞鶯大約10分鐘路程，出酒店左轉沒幾步就到了，十分便利。
服務上不及上次體驗，可能到了杭州的旺季，工作人員比較繁忙。

The room is not big but very clean
The hotel is right next to the West Lake, and next door is the Oriole Singing in the Willows. You can see the West Lake from the hotel, and you don't need to squeeze in with people. It's so comfortable.
The service is also very good.

這間酒店位置也是得天獨厚的，雖然比汪莊和國賓館小一些，也是擁有私家一線湖景，位於雷峯塔和柳浪聞鶯之間，在長假期間出行還是很有優勢。而且它剛好處於非限行區域。酒店裡的園林小巧精緻，設施完善。餐飲偏弱，不過杭州本來就是美食荒漠。
