LE HOUSE was absolutely excellent. The accommodation package was superb, including the nice extras, the outside spa which staff filled each evening and that relaxed tired muscles after alot of walking around the beautiful West Lake located nearby. A beautiful location and we wished we could have stayed longer. Delicious breakfast, and we enjoyed the nightly bedtime snack!

The service of this hotel is beyond imagination, the staff member even drive us around the lake area and pick us up after the day, the breakfast is amazing and they customized the options for our likes. There are a complimentary afternoon tea plus another cake and fruit delivered later in the day. You will ever be hungry here :) The hotel is stylish, well equipped with everything you need for your trip, in the amenity bag you receive lamer face cream and cpb cleanser and much more. The kids vanity pack is also very good quality. We had very good time during our five night stays.

It's a really amazing hotel, separated from the Fajing Temple by a wall, quiet and leisurely ~ breakfast is also delicious ~ afternoon tea, fruit drinks are free. The service staff are also very friendly and thoughtful ~ in short, it's worth a visit

Every time I come to Hangzhou alone, I will choose this place. It is a comfortable, cozy and warm place. The first time I stayed here, it was not long after it opened. When I came again this time, everything was the same as before. PS: When I took a taxi at Yuanronglou to go to the airport, I met the boss who put the suitcase in person. I didn't react for a while. The location is remote so it is very quiet. The service is very thoughtful, and the waiter will ask about the arrangement of each meal. The picture is breakfast, very full, good review! The scallion oil noodles are very fragrant. There is also a temple morning class at 5:30 every morning, which is a special experience~

Because of the traffic jam due to rain, I felt carsick and nauseous. The desserts delivered to the room included dried apricots and plum slices. God knows how emergency these two things are. They saved my life haha😂 After eating and drinking some tea, I felt much better. I usually stay in hotels, but I rarely stay in B&Bs for fear of stepping on thunder. This B&B can really be regarded as the ceiling! It is also very convenient to go to Lingyin Temple early the next morning.

Very good! It is better than more than 90% of five-star hotels. The breakfast is rich, and there is sleep tea and Tremella soup in the evening. The toiletries are Aesop, Dyson hair dryer, and cotton era face towel. All the supplies are very complete and attentive. The traffic restrictions in the scenic area will let the driver take us out. It is also very comfortable to play in the scenic area, quiet and pleasant.
