很少給差評，但還是想表達下大打折扣的體驗感。酒店環境還可以在山上，但正因如此吃飯很不方便，餐廳提供海鮮小火鍋，但需要提前一天預訂，這個預訂消息現場走道上才能看到，對於衹住一天的客人很不友好，和餐廳商量臨時加定，餐廳經理態度很官僚。前台服務員給人感覺很不專業，晚上沒有熱水，大概持續一個多小時，反饋給前台後説查詢原因，後面沒給任何回覆。購買套餐包含自行車騎行，第二天只有一輛壞了的自行車。那麼好的位置，服務意識確實需要提升一下。

We are in the off-season, there are few people, and the place is basically reserved. The staff immediately heated up the small pool when they saw the children. The water temperature is great. You can also go directly into the big pool in winter. It is not cold at all. We live in the South Building, and the takeaway is delivered to the North Building. The security guard at the door knew about it and immediately contacted the North Building. It was delivered to me in 2 minutes. The service is amazing! The only drawback is that most of the breakfast is ordered, there are too few options, and the taste is just average. I hope it will be improved! Come again next summer~
