高峯期西湖邊限行，網約車不能直接開到酒店大堂，這個有點不方便。住的蠻舒服，酒店不大，比較精緻。遊輪和旅拍加分的。旅拍沒控制住，多買了一些。西湖遊船帶18歲以下孩子免費，挺好。早餐的餛飩非常好吃！吃了三碗！

雖然酒店裝修比較陳舊，但酒店位置優越，緊挨西湖，西門刷房卡直接到西湖邊棧道上，酒店自己有遊輪免費環遊西湖，服務人員熱情周到。

地理位置優越，就在西湖邊上，住店客户可憑房卡刷通往西湖的一扇小門，早上出門可遇見小松鼠。早餐也不錯，酒店裡中晚餐價格也不算高，可以接受。

這個好評是給服務人員的。酒店根本就不是五星級，設施是在對付，衹能靠服務人員陪小心。這樣的酒店歷史，這樣的地點，花多少錢也複製不出第二家，結果這樣的硬件，這樣的價格，欺騙消費者，連帶影響對城市的印象，真的非常可惜。
