I rushed from Suzhou to Hangzhou to find the necklace. When I went to the front desk, the answer given by the front desk and the aunt who cleaned the room were completely inconsistent. The front desk said that it was not registered, and the cleaning staff said that the room number was filled in incorrectly. In short, they were full of lies and insincere, and they also quibbled. It was not a valuable item and there was no need to hide it. No matter what level of hotel, it is better to return the items received from guests. It is suitable for morality.

環境優美，地理位置優越，交通方便，乾淨衞生，熱情周到

房間乾淨，面積夠大，設施不錯。服務較好。早餐還可再豐富些 。
