I have always stayed in this hotel on business trips before. What happened this time was really infuriating. The executive suite living room light has an infrared sensor. As long as I sit and drink tea or coffee without moving around, it will go out in 1 minute. I called the customer service and they said I have to move around, otherwise they can't sense me. This is ridiculous. Do I have to walk while drinking tea? The repair was not fixed for two days, and no service staff contacted me to explain until I left the hotel. I can only blame myself for my bad luck. This is the first time I have encountered a five-star hotel where the executive suite light is in energy-saving mode. If I can't afford the electricity bill, I'd better not open a hotel.
