環境和服務都非常好，房間稍微陳舊了點，但是早上在大廳看着雨吃飯太美了，很喜歡這個通透的公區。早餐也很豐富。

晚上到，前台小哥升級了房，十分讚的周邊環境，雖然房內或多或少有可以優化的地方，但總體已經很好，沒得彈。

論挑酒店的功力我還是相當可以的，這家酒店就在西湖風景區，靈隱寺步行可達，環境優美、設施完備、服務出色，性價比極高。花幾百塊錢體驗超五星酒店的服務可以説是很贊，給爸媽訂了兩間房，酒店給免費升級；另外中間有一點點小誤會得到了非常好的善後，服務暖心又安心。首日時令晚安甜湯、尊享雙人品茗下午茶、靜心手抄心經、國風手作螺鈿....這些禮遇真的會為行程添彩，所以説現在這些小而美的酒店是我的最愛，爸媽在外被很好地接待我也非常開心！老爸還説枕頭非常舒服！
