Good hotel with surprise fruits plate compliment of the hotel

The hotel has a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, the breakfast selection is heavily focused on Chinese cuisine, with very limited Western options. If you prefer a more diverse breakfast, you might need to look for alternatives nearby.

This hotel is a hidden gem..we went to hangzhou for our daughter’s birthday and stayed here for 3 days.. They gave us a room upgrade to a family room,they even surprised us with a birthday cake and a toy for my daughter.. The breakfast is also very good,lots of western options too..they have a play area for kids which is amazing! Only drawback is that its a little far from metro but if you are planning on going around using car then its no problem! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!

It's so frustrating! The experience of staying in this hotel was a nightmare! Because I drank when I checked in last night, I didn't take a bath. When I got up today to take a bath and entered the bathtub, I found blood stains on the bathtub. The edges were dried and caked, and it was obvious that it was not thoroughly cleaned! Called room service and the staff just wiped it down and didn't solve the problem at all. The hygiene conditions are so bad that one doubts whether the entire room has been disinfected carefully. Who knows how many hidden dangers are hidden in the sheets, quilt covers and towels! I spent so much money but got this kind of "horror" experience. Avoid lightning.

My child was attending a swimming competition in Daguan, Hangzhou at the weekend. In order for him to have a good rest, I chose a hotel that was close to the swimming pool and clean. As expected, I was not disappointed. The room was clean and tidy. The stay experience was very good. The service was very good and polite. The park was beautiful and pleasing to the eye. I will definitely stay here again next time I have the chance.

I went to Huanglong Stadium to watch a concert and specially chose Kaiyuan in Hangzhou. The service attitude of the staff at the front desk was very good, and the room had a wide view, which was superb! The hotel is clean, well-equipped, with good service attitude, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, and a park downstairs. Not bad!

The room is clean and tidy, suitable for children. There is a children's playground on the 4th floor, where adults can relax. The best thing is that there is a park with lawns and lakes downstairs, where you can go boating and the air is very good. On the morning of the day I left Hangzhou, I took an hour and a half to visit the park downstairs, rowed a boat for half an hour, and then left the hotel. I felt very fulfilled!

The service was very good. Although we arrived early, the front desk was very proactive in coordinating and immediately arranged for us to check in. They also sent us breakfast and fruit. To be honest, the children's bed was very poor and creaked, which affected their sleep. This kind of old facilities should be replaced in time, which affects the experience.
