這是我住過的最差沒有之一的四星酒店！這個根據我的判斷3星都算不上，所有的錢都用在了大堂，房間極其臟舊差還發黴！
1.我們被分配了717房間，一進門一股黴味，酒店裡各處都是上個世紀90年代的裝修風格，極其老舊還臟。
衞生間的門關不上，門太久了
門鎖背後居然是50年前的插銷式
房間裏沒有最基本的浴袍，冰箱門都是那種50年前小賣部那種發黃的
所有的東西不僅舊還一抹粘粘的感覺，非常之噁心，然而這衹是悲劇的開始！
2.我們逛完小河直街臨時就近找了家四星酒店入住，到酒店的時候差不多接近半夜11點，我女兒已經睡着啦，好不容易掙扎着起來去洗澡，5分鐘後地漏堵了，因為沒有浴袍我女兒大冷晚上光身濕噠噠披着浴巾等人修地漏！ 阿姨一開始不肯換房間，我女兒一邊光着發抖一邊等着阿姨拿着吸馬桶的來吸地漏！ ！吸過馬桶的拿過來吸地漏！噁心不噁心！還讓我們繼續洗澡嗎？然後又堵了又找了工人來修地漏！
3.我們帶着兩個小娃被搞到12點多才換了新房間洗完澡，早上9點半去吃自助早餐，結果不僅菜都涼了，還有好多菜都沒有了，做麪條的阿姨在後麪寧可大聲聊天談笑電話也不理我老公喊：你好 你好 有人嗎？有人嗎？ 然後被告知他們要收攤了，問題是早飯不是10點才關門嗎？10點之前為什麼催客人還不提供應該有的食物跟服務？所有的員工都在大聲聊天談笑，根本就不是4星級酒店該有的服務，就好像不如一個大菜場分感覺！
