因為行程有變，臨時又定了一晚，剛開始不小心定錯了，酒店也很樂意協助我取消後重定了，這一點很滿意👍酒店設計很年輕化，位置也方便，樓下就是地鐵口，斜對面有武林夜市和嘉裏中心，早餐也不錯。不過第一晚入住的時候房間有點小問題，不過已經解決了，還是很推薦的。

Amazing hotel.
Friendly staffs and offered a free upgrade to our room. There are self-service laundry and dryer located in the lobby with detergent provided. The buffet breakfast was decent with various choices. It is also conveniently located near the West Lake and metro.
Recommended if you are travelling to Hangzhou!

酒店的浴巾竟然是濕的。半夜有手機震動的聲音找不到震動的地方。 洗手間的燈開關位置設定不合理， 抹黑洗澡上廁所。

Hotel is conveniently located. Walking distance to Westlake and night market. There is a pastry shop beside the hotel and the egg tarts are nice.

There is a pub below the hotel, sharing same lift to hotel room. Throughout the night, there are some drinkers drunk and vomit at the entrance of the hotel.
May not suitable for family or couple with kids. Hotel toilet ventilation is slightly poor, need to keep the door close and room will be smelly otherwise.
Overall cleanliness and service are superb.
