Clean and comfortable stay. The bed was nice and firm, which I really appreciate and I thought the decor was pretty. The free to use guest laundry was useful. Very convenient for the Metro, the Kerry Centre and walking distance to the West Lake. The view from my room was over a car park, so not terribly exciting or pretty, but it was quiet, and I would happily stay again.

Great experience staying at this hotel; the friendly reception gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a bigger bed as we had a small baby with us. If u need anything during your stay, can easily order it via the tablet in the room. Great stay overall!

The place is super neat and clean, located around the west lake area and subway is right next to it, but checking in for us was a bit too slow, idk maybe the receptionist was a new guy he kept asking repetitive questions. But overall the place was great. Stayed here for two nights

“I stayed at the UrCove by Hyatt Hangzhou for two nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel is spotless and has a cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to key attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hangzhou!”
