五星好評給酒店前台，房間環境也OK，差評給餐廳的引導大媽和煮麪的大媽，你倆再培訓培訓上崗吧，什麼玩意兒！客人被指揮來指揮去，還來一句“是你們自己走的慢，被別人坐去了”，還有煮麪那個大媽，你給了我號碼牌，我也按時間也來拿了，完了你給我來一句不知道給了誰了，你重新再拿一份好了，你又不急，你怎麼知道我不急？你還做上我的主了？

離西湖很近，走路 7-8 分鐘吧
附近商圈，醫院方便
早餐在 20 層的旋轉餐廳，真不錯
退房後還送了小禮品，真是挺驚喜的

房間面積不大，但設計用心，有很好置物空間，服務到位，小童用具、浴缸套等，都有免費提供，地理位置優越，出地鐵站走兩百米左右就到了，地處繁華街區。

雖然是老牌的酒店，房間設施不是很現代，但是衞生到位，房間設定很温馨，第一次入住，前台還給給我們升級了豪華雙標湖景房。重點是衝著屋頂的旋轉餐廳去的，一邊品嚐美食，一邊欣賞西湖美景，真心的不錯。跨年夜，我們在房間裏畢業了銀泰廣場人山人海的熱鬧。
