這個酒店一到店馬上有人幫拿行李，早歺很豐富，當天還看到應該總廚在批評煮麪的阿姐，説是不能怠慢顧客，應該是認為阿姐回答顧客的問題態度不好，總體覺得酒店接待的工作人員都很認真，對於批評員工改到私下可能更好，畢竟用歺時間那麼多客人在聽到爭吵聲可能影響更大，酒店雖不新但衞生乾淨，非常好

房間面積有點小，特別是洗手間空間較侷促。優點是位置好，離西湖近；隔音好，對睡眠淺的人來講這點非常重要；服務高效，大門口的服務員會幫忙提行李。以後去杭州還會選擇友好飯店。

特別喜歡的一家酒店，很多年以前住過，這次重遊杭州又訂到這裏！這兩兩天冷空氣侵襲杭州，但杭州友好飯店如沐春風般的熱情讓我們感到暖意。前台以小余姑娘為代表的小姐姐、小哥哥們親切熱情，下雨天主動提供雨傘☔️、長者不舒服時提供延續退房，前台提供熱水、茶水和話梅糖，非常暖心。感謝所有人的辛勤付出🙏酒店20層的旋轉餐廳的早餐也很豐富，2小時左右旋轉一圈，欣賞西湖風景的同時也享受到了美食，超讚👍👍👍

早餐味道不錯，品種也多，最棒的是可一覽西湖全景。標間床135的，帶孩子睡也舒服，交通更是方便，地鐵口，步行五分鐘到西湖，
