預約的時候不知道青旅正在裝修中，抵埗時看到公共區域亂糟糟，本想只要房間和浴室乾淨也能接受，廁所不提供廁紙也就算了，不知道是馬桶堵塞還是住客的個人素質問題，便後都沒沖水超噁心🤮，唯一看到較窩心的是自習室角落及免費飲用水供應及大大的初五過去，洗衣烘衣的服務也可以。

這間是少數不收押金的旅店，附近有地鐵站，抵達杭州東站只要半小時。
除了沒有提供洗髮露及沐浴乳，其它該有的都有。
床鋪用的好像是記憶床墊，很軟很好睡 👍

衞生還可以，但是入住時有位精神不正常的客人一直在吵鬧，和前台反映也沒用，不清楚為什麼能讓這樣的客人住進來，也不理解為什麼身為前台遇到這種事情毫無作為。
