榻榻米很棒 視野不錯 餐廳小了點 哦 馬桶門相當於沒有 離西湖騎車20分鐘 服務很棒幫我們換了個房間 可以寄存行李 打車去高鐵站也不遠如果不堵車

1. 房間衞生很差，窗簾上很大一塊紅色污漬，電話厚厚一層灰，並且電話也壞的
2. 晚上洗澡沒有熱水，投訴後一直沒有人來修，再次詢問才告訴説只有兩個工作人員，八百多的酒店衹配2個工作人員？後續處理結果也很草率。
3. 隔音賊差，基本等於沒有。
4. 房間裏付費使用的一次性用品字寫這麼小？不注意的話就使用了。
5. 停車很緊張，明明普通車位有空，還是堅持讓我們停立體車庫，根本停不進去。
6. 這個價位的服務和設施完全不匹配，下次絕對不會再來，真實評價供大家參考。
