酒店前台小姐姐Hannah服務態度很好，退房的時候及時退了按金，還打電話問我住房體驗。我反饋的房間問題也會得到解答和反饋。外賣有機器人可以送到房間，已經有新年的氛圍了，以後一定還會來住的，挺不錯的一家酒店！

The hotel is owned by China Resources. The overall experience is super good. After checking in, I was more satisfied than expected. From the hygiene and hardware facilities of the room to the service, I can feel the dedication of the service staff from the beginning of check-in to entering the room. I can see that they want to do their best in their work field. I will come often. John Yu, the head of the room, is very good and thoughtful. He also specially gave gifts to the children.
