Hangzhou Binjiang District 5-star Hotels

We are very satisfied in this hotel. The staffs are helpful and active in ushering the visitors. We love the location, peaceful and has a fresh ambiance. The food is delicious. They serve real meat especially the steak. We would love to stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. Location is close to west lake shopping district. We only stayed here for a night but cannot stop playing with the AI facilities in the room! Voice control is available to turn on the lights, tv and adjust curtains. If you order food, the robot will send it up to you. Hotel cleanliness is 5/5. New facilities, highly recommended! We took a cab all around and this hotel has a designated stopping point for cars so you can move your luggage up and down at ease!

Very good view of the city. Room was super spacious, with very comfy beds. Room also came with a bathtub. Service was super good. Room cleaner was attentive to our needs and provided what we needed. Hotel buffet was good for its price. Downside would be the location of the hotel. As it is above a mall, our driver had a hard time finding the entrance. Eventually dropping us off in the basement which was not even connected. The mall was however very convenient for shopping.

The recent stay at New Century Grand Hotel Hangzhou was so great that I couldn't help but write a good review for this treasure hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the warm service of the staff, Manager Chen. When the front desk checked in quickly and efficiently, he also introduced the hotel's facilities and opening hours to me. The deluxe king room I stayed in completely exceeded my expectations: the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city skyline, and I am gently awakened by the morning sun every morning; the bathroom has a reasonable design of dry and wet separation. Another feature is that the hotel is only 5 kilometers away from Songcheng, which is really convenient for those who want to go to Songcheng. You don't have to worry about playing late. When checking out, I met Manager Chen Xiaolong again. He was still as enthusiastic as when I checked in, and greeted us with a bright smile. When I left, I received the mineral water he prepared thoughtfully, which put a warm end to the journey. This stay made me truly feel at home. Thank you again, and see you next time [happy]

We truly enjoyed our stay, top facilities, excellent and professional service staff especially Shawn, Lance and a female receptionist who helped me with Tao Bao purchase. They are so patient, friendly and helpful, 5 star indeed. Rooms are spacious, very clean, modern and new. Excellent breakfast buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again. The kids were entertained by the conceirge robot.

The rooms, service, and breakfasts are excellent! The park is fascinating! The room is spacious, very comfortable, with a great bathtub and shower, large windows, and nice furniture. Everything is fantastic. The only major downside is the mess around the pool. The dividing floats are covered in green algae, and there’s clutter around the pool, with furniture and other items giving off a sense of neglect and uncleanliness. Please get the pool and changing area into perfect order—it would earn a 5+ rating.

The hotel is conveniently located, and it only takes a few minutes to get there from Line 6. Kaiyuan Plaza is downstairs, and it is also convenient for eating. If you go to Zhijiang Center, it is very convenient to stay here, just one stop away. The hotel facilities are also good, the self-service laundry and gym are on the 7th floor, and the space is large.

Stayed for 6 days at Sheraton grand Binjiang. Room was at a high level overlooking the Qiantang River. The service staff was helpful to our inquiry as to where to eat and places of visit. Understand that during the spring, one can watch the cherry blossom 🌸 further down the river. As we're there in autumn, we watched the yellowing of the Gingko leaves along a part of the river bank. Overall the room was clean, quiet and service is excellent. We had breakfast on the last day of our stay and the spread of international and local cuisines was wonderful.

The overall stay was nice, the location is not in the center but around 20 min walk from the metro station and around 5 metro station from the central city. The hotel is nice, clean and modern but not too big, and the staff doesn’t speak English. The rooms are decent clean and neat but kind of basic design. The one thing I have to mention is the breakfast is quite poor. There were no basic veggies such as cucumber and tomato, just 4 different kind of leafs. No extra things like pancakes or waffles, pastries etc. If you like hotel’s breakfast or not really into Chinese breakfast I’d advice you to reconsider. I’m a huge breakfast lover so I was a bit disappointed. The western steak dinner was given as part of the booking for free was a great addition value, so does the photoshoots session. Those definitely added to the stay’s value. Overall the stay was ok I’d give it 4/5.

Hotel is ideally situated for city skyline views, quite amazing! Local walkways, bicycle paths, and gardens along the river are just a couple minutes away, walking! Hotel staff are courteous and very helpful, choices for meals are delicious! Highly recommended for personal and business stay, travels! Thank you, Lorenzo Zhang, a wonderful hotel!!
