The Resort is really nice and I had a very relaxing stay! The food also tastes good! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, they let me fly my drone inside the hotel area. Would definitely visit again!

The room facilities are dilapidated. Breakfast is disappointing. There are very few choices and the taste is not good. So better not include breakfast.

Interesting resort. The gate is too simple and frugal that we were a bit disappointed when we saw it in the taxi. But when you go through the glass restaurant, you’ll find a new jungle garden world. Good gardening and swimming pool. However the room facilities are a little old, especially the bathroom which should be renovated. Btw there are many funny exploration restaurants, farms and places near the resort.

One of the best hotel experience. actually stayed here twice in January and February. Everything about this place is simply great. It is truly quiet. Not quiet because we were lucky. Its quiet during any day of the week. No bars around or airplanes landing. All guests are quiet and respectful towards others rest time. The construction materials are very solid and isolate both sound and temperature. I loved the blackout curtains. Some rooms got bathtubes. The pools are kept really clean even during cold days when no one is swimming. The garden is just beatiful and taken good care of. It's also the reason why there is no noise from the road and the air is less dry (it is really dry during winter months). Breakfast, dinners were good. I loved deep fried fish, ordered it several times. There is a nice Swiss place walkable distance away and a Thai restaurant farm with a small play area for kids. Staff speaks English and Mandarin Chinese. They were helpful with any request. Whenever i am back to Chiang Mai, its my number one choice now.

The hotel experience during this trip to Chiang Mai was really great! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, it was as if I was in a tropical rainforest, surrounded by lush green plants, and the unique environment and atmosphere were directly full. The attitude of the waiter is even more amazing, enthusiastic and thoughtful, from checking in to providing various travel suggestions, it makes people feel warm. The breakfast is rich in variety, with local specialties and common meals, which can meet the needs of different tastes. However, there is a small shortcoming. The hotel does not provide free laundry service. Laundry requires an additional charge. The clerk did not inform me in advance, which made me a little troubled when packing my luggage. But I have to praise that the hotel is in an excellent location. It is very convenient to go to Chiang Mai Night Safari and Grand Canyon Water Park, which saves a lot of time for travel. Overall, except for the small episode of laundry, I am very satisfied with other aspects. I will consider this hotel next time I come to Chiang Mai!

A family of five, booked two rooms. Chiang Mai in January is still quite cold in the morning and evening, and the water in the swimming pool is particularly cold. The hotel is quite beautiful and clean, but the bath water is not particularly hot. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is average, and the ordering is also average. There is nothing to eat around, so I ordered dinner at the hotel and reported it.

The location is remote, the transportation is not convenient, it is difficult to travel and find food, the hotel restaurant closes at 8:30. However, the hotel can arrange a car to go to nearby places, but there is no shuttle bus to the airport, and the hotel charges a little bit for sending a car to the airport. The hot water facilities are very poor, the service speed is a bit slow, the hotel breakfast is average, the room is large and suitable for family stay, but it is large and not practical, nor delicate, the decoration is quite rough, the facilities feel like a three-star hotel, but the artificial landscape is beautiful, and it feels like a tropical rain forest.

This is a resort that only I want to know about. If it becomes famous, I'm afraid I'll be uncomfortable when I go there again. Haha It's really great for relaxing. You can go to the Night Safari by the shuttle provided by the hotel. It has a pool villa-like atmosphere. The staff are also really friendly.

Went to stay for the second time. I like everything here. After going, I want to go again and again. I like nature, lots of trees, lots of shade. Just a little bit, I was woken up at 1 a.m. by foreigners coming to play in the pool and chatting in front of our room. In the service section I am impressed with every employee. I'll find another opportunity.

The service at this hotel is truly impeccable! It's so heartwarming! Returned to the hotel because it was too late! not yet eat! Respond to the front desk! They sent a car to take us to dinner for free! Then after dinner, they would pick us up from the hotel and take us back! In the middle, my phone fell into the ditch! The front desk immediately came to the scene to help retrieve it! And the driver was also very helpful in getting it! I really feel very grateful! The service attitude of the staff is really impeccable! marvelous Although the hotel is not as luxurious as a large resort! But it can be considered a wonderland flavor! There’s something so comforting about having plants everywhere! Although the water quality is a bit poor! But the location is relatively remote after all! So it’s still acceptable! Breakfast was ok! It definitely has everything it needs! This hotel is close to horse riding and the night safari! Basically it takes about 5 minutes by car! But it’s a long way from the city! But it’s just over 20 minutes by car!

A small resort with a good environment. There is a large parking lot. Suitable for self-driving. Although the room is not luxurious, it is clean and tidy. Many Thai locals come here for vacation on weekends.

A very nice complex, very beautiful from a natural perspective, but that's about it, the rooms are very simple and not really clean, there is a damp smell in the room and a lot of visible mold in the shower, breakfast is very, very simple. There is really only toast without a slice of cheese, but warm, typical local food is available.  The breakfast is not worth it, cappuccino or macchiato are not included in the breakfast, overall the room and breakfast only deserve two stars for us.  Staff very nice and friendly👌

I like the natural atmosphere. Quiet hotel The accommodation is separated into zones. Children can play in the water as a whole family. Breakfast has a variety of quality. Very good. Next time will use the service.
