住了好多回這家酒店了，每次都像回家一樣。 首先説一下前台服務，前台的幾位小姐姐都很親切，不管是代為打印文件，還是需要潤手霜，基本上有求必應，服務無可挑剔！ 其次，房間的佈局也很好，有一個圓桌和沙發，不管是辦公還是用餐都很方便。床品特別舒服，唯一的遺憾是枕頭太厚了，希望正對不同的客人需求，能有更多選擇。 床頭有個小度能夠語音遙控關窗簾或者關燈。 酒店也有自助洗衣房，一樓有微波爐，對於出差的客人來説就很方便。 隔壁就是新世紀中心，不管是吃飯還是逛街，都能解決。 唯一的問題是：部分房間下水道反味比較嚴重，但是前台小姐姐都會安排及時換房。所以，問題就迎刃而解了，手動好評！

It's so convenient. - Amazing Room: The room was incredibly clean and cozy. The bed had a custom-made zero-pressure mattress that felt like being wrapped in a cloud, allowing for a seamless sleep. The room also had Xiaodu X8 voice control throughout, so I could turn on and off the lights and adjust the air conditioning with just a shout. It was incredibly smart. - Amazing Equipment: For an e-sports movie hotel, the equipment couldn't be any worse. The computer was top-of-the-line, and even played heavy games without any lag. The graphics card was a 4070 Super, paired with a 25-inch ZOWEI 400Hz monitor, resulting in incredibly smooth gameplay and vibrant colors. The chairs are professional gaming chairs, so you can sit for long periods without getting tired, and play all day without any issues. The movie screen is large, and the surround sound system makes it feel like you're in a movie theater, immersive. - Intimate Service: From the moment you check in, you can feel the hospitality. The staff not only processed everything quickly but also provided helpful pointers about nearby attractions. The housekeeping staff was also very polite and comfortable. The hotel also offers over 20 complimentary items, including eye masks, ginger tea, and coffee—a truly thoughtful touch. If you're not satisfied with your stay, you can cancel your reservation with no questions asked. Who wouldn't love this kind of service?
