Handan Congtai District Hotels

The Congtai Hotel boasts an excellent location. Directly opposite its entrance is Congtai Park; to the left are Huiche Lane and Handan Road, and to the right is New Century Center, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel's service was superb! Both the cleanliness and the dining options were outstanding. We rented a car for sightseeing after arriving in Handan, and parking at the hotel was also very convenient. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend Congtai Hotel to friends!

There needs to be at least one staff member on duty 24/7 who can communicate with the customer in globally spoken language. The staff on duty try very hard, but it's not enough. Breakfast was not upto the standard. Simple thing like plain slice bread and omelette was not available.

Very good hotel, from the front desk service to the room service, they are very enthusiastic, especially the room manager service is better, the hygiene is also very good, relatively clean, the room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows, it seems that the air conditioner can not heat, underground and ground parking lots, breakfast is also OK, but the small gifts ordered on Ctrip need to be given to the front desk, and the price is indeed a bit high, it is recommended to reduce the price

Booked two rooms with my friend, standard room with a king-size bed. The price is really good for Handan. The hygiene and service are also very satisfactory. The kids had a lot of fun. The location is close to Melco City and Handan Museum. Highly recommended. I will come again next time!

First of all, the girl at the front desk spoke gently and helped us upgrade to the upper twin room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub, facing the court, and you can watch the traffic from the window sill. Secondly, the richness of the breakfast is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. Everything is available, and the seating layout is reasonable, so people will not feel crowded and embarrassed. It is the season of spring, and the restaurant has also prepared seasonal spring vegetables-spring bamboo shoots, broad beans and green bamboo shoots. Finally, the service is heartwarming. When parking, someone will help to take the seat. If you call for water, it will be delivered to the room within 2 minutes, and check out is fast. Parking is free. PS: The Zhao Yuan lamb chops behind the hotel exceeded my expectations. I was planning to just eat them casually, but I didn’t expect the grilled lamb chops to be amazing. The texture was soft and crispy, not dry at all, and it was brushed with honey, which was salty and sweet. If you stay at the hotel, you can try it.

Because of the unanimous good reviews on Ctrip and the phone call, I booked an elegant room for three days. I have to say the service is really good, enthusiastic, proactive, and the response to requests is very timely. When I left, I was given two cups. Although I didn't use them, it really showed that the hotel was very thoughtful. However, even though the service was warm and thoughtful, the evaluation points given were mainly for the service, so the problems still need to be mentioned. The air conditioner outdoor unit was too loud and we could hardly get a good night's rest. This was the main reason why we checked out after staying for one night. Parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces on the ground. Almost all the cars nearby are parked. It is difficult for hotel guests to park. There are not many underground parking spaces. The most incredible thing is that the elevator in the underground parking lot can only go up, but not down to the hotel. You need to walk down. This is the first time I have seen such a situation. The breakfast was also very average. The breakfast at a nearby restaurant opens at 7:00. By the time we finished breakfast, it was already 07:30 and many dishes had not yet arrived. The food was not very hot and there were not many varieties.

The stay experience was great! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the quality was evident in every detail. The staff was warm and considerate, and they responded to every request. The breakfast was rich and varied, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles. On our third day, the cleaning lady only left two sets of toothbrushes and towels and slippers. This is worth noting; perhaps the handover wasn't clear during the shift change. The suite's living room could be converted into a sofa and coffee table, and the TV could be moved there to avoid disturbing other guests. The living room chairs were a bit uncomfortable, with a bit of a backrest. Please note that the room is not smart. The La Jiang Hu hot pot restaurant near the hotel is excellent and highly recommended!

The hotel is very convenient. The fifth floor is the shopping mall lobby. After entering, go to the fifth floor to eat, and then go to the 20th floor to stay. It feels like all problems can be solved without leaving this building. The room is also large and well-equipped. It would be better if there is soap. The Shanghai dumplings and braised pork rice bowls in the food court on the fifth floor are very good.

We originally booked a twin room, but the front desk said that the rooms were limited during the Spring Festival, and the air conditioning in the remaining rooms was slow to heat. They proactively upgraded me to a deluxe executive king room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room facilities are very new and the linens are of good quality, all of which are five-star standards. Although the breakfast is not very rich, the quality is good. The doorman will take the initiative to help with the luggage and his attitude is very good. Unlike some previous comments that said that the company is indifferent. The room service is just so-so. I wanted an extra quilt, but I called 5 times and waited more than 2 hours before it was delivered. The service efficiency is really poor. . . Another thing is the water in the room, which is really average. There are not many places to eat around, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive. To sum up, considering the price and hardware, the overall cost performance is quite high. There were many guests during the Spring Festival, so the service was tolerable.
