衞生環境都可以，就是服務太差，非常差，我是一個人入住的，住的508房間，按金交100，上午10點退房，因為喝了房間裏的一瓶茉莉花茶，按金退96元，這個是沒問題的，為什麼中午12點半給我打電話又加我微信的，説我消費了一個計生用品15元？
請問:
1.我是一個人入住的，怎麼消費的計生用品？
2.10點左右我就退房走了，按金也退還了，為什麼12點半聯繫我説消費了一個計生用品？這個流程邏輯是否合理？
3.二次電話聯繫時説計生用品外包裝被撕開了，退房檢查房間的時候為什麼不確認清楚？
4.不是我做的事情為什麼要怪在我身上，這是不是對我名譽的侮辱和人品的誣陷？
5.貴酒店行政管理是否執行到位？
6.客人退房時，服務員是否仔細檢查房間的用品？

建議: 建議貴酒店如果行政管理不好，工作做不到嚴謹，客人退房時，房間無法仔細檢查消費用品，請下架所有房間消費用品，取消按金，避免今日的矛盾事故往後頻繁發生
