衞生條件好，環境不錯，酒店出來就是邯鄲道和叢台公園，服務員態度都很好，早餐很好，絕大部分是當地特色。不足之處，這款冰箱效果差，製冷效果好一點就比較完美。

酒店設施齊全，大堂明亮寬敞。房間佈局新穎、科學，洗漱、方便與沖澡分隔，使用十分方便。酒店沒有地庫停車場，但地面與後院停車位基本滿足。早餐豐富多樣，中外及南來北往的各地客人，都能找到自己習慣的食品。酒店地理位置非常優越、交通十分方便。前台的幾位女性團隊非常熱情、温馨。入住時告訴我，房間安排在12樓中段（不靠電梯、不是尾端，都懂）。這次自駕入住該賓館兩天，因天氣突然爆熱，兩床房這面西曬嚴重，室温過高，晚上無法入睡，深夜與前台電話溝通，她們態度非常温馨，善解人意，一位陳姓前台説，怎麼能解決你的問題我們就怎麼做，直到解決了為止，這態度你是不會有任何脾氣的。換薄被子，安電扇，體感其他的空房間…。第二天，前廳郝經理帶我們更換了房間，還書面表示歉意。你感覺到，前廳部是一支非常温馨、訓練有素、團結協作的團隊。換房時，拉拖車來搬行李的，居然是一位苗條的年輕美女，問了才知她們團隊沒有男性，巾幗不讓鬚眉。
