我想認真寫寫這段評價，地理位置，停車方便程度，早餐方便程度都非常好，包括所有的服務人員都很熱情，我給前台打電話要水，天熱要過好幾次，很不好意思，但是前台小姐姐的態度讓我如沐春風，緩解了我的尷尬哈哈。整個流程下來的服務沒得説，前台 早飯前台 樓梯附近的工作人員，都非常好。停車非常非常方便，第一次駛離還有小哥哥過來親切告知方向，我是非常喜歡的。房間很大很舒服。美中不足的是 1.我感覺客房清潔浮於表面，地上每一天都有很明顯的地毯絮絮，顯然住的每一天都沒吸過地。牀頭櫃能明顯看見用抹布掃了一圈，因為角上都是灰，但態度都挺好，是不是有些面子工程了。2.枕頭不好，有異味，不舒服，低於這個級別的酒店都不用這種枕頭了，要是為了省錢不要省在這個上，枕頭對顧客最重要。3.馬桶反味真的嚴重，其他住過的酒店沒有這樣子，貌似我並不是第一個反映這個的，要不要找人來檢查一下是不是什麼管子安反了。因為這家開元名都其它方面太好了，所以真誠祝願這三個方面改進一下。我推薦住宿，瑕不掩瑜，祝願越來愈好！

新開的一家酒店，硬件設施齊備，舒適且性價比高！特別是服務非常到位，管家佳欣從入住前就開始提前準備，全程跟進，細緻入微。雖然中間因為洗浴間漫水發生了一點不愉快，但是管家和前廳經理積極響應，很好地解決了問題，服務態度和意識值得表揚。酒店早餐營養美味，房間視野極佳。總之是一家到邯鄲旅遊值得推薦的酒店。
