絕對是邯鄲一哥，放在石家莊也是頂流酒店，不知攜程為什麼把它排在温德姆之後？包括早餐也是完勝温德姆，五一期間這兩酒店我都住了，評價發自內心。

看到很多點評不好，本來比較遲疑，結果還是定了一天想感受一下，真的很贊！1、服務很好，每個人都很熱情，升級了房間，贈送了小朋友的早餐；2、房間很大，設施也很好，有獨立的衣帽間，衞生間超大，估計房間面積50平米；3、早餐種類很多，服務也很好，還贈送了雞尾酒，晚上有駐唱！所以果斷續租，取消了其他酒店，真的很贊，下次還來！

5.1預訂的5.4早上7:10送火車站 早上到前台 説因為司機頭天晚上喝酒了 開不了 連續聯繫了三個人都不能送 前台還和禮賓部推諉責任 我和孩子就在邊上等着 在我一早催促下才給我打車 這件事非常不滿意 如果沒有送站的能力就不要承諾 頭天晚上我還在前台確認是不是第二天到前台等就可以 給的肯定的回覆 結果第二天早上客人都已經到前台的情況下還是沒處理好 一方面 酒店內部各部門的工作流程出現斷檔 另一方面 這種突發問題應該在客人出現之前解決 而不是當著客人的麪互相推諉

屋子面積不小，床也有上下鋪可以供兩孩家庭方便使用，美中不足那麼大的房間衹有一個衞生間，一家人出行不太方便，而且小童房上下鋪和大床沒有隔斷，睡覺有影響，希望改進，總體很好 也是能訂到的不多的雙小童床親子房，早餐不錯，服務也特別好，酒店也很乾凈，出現了小插曲，馬桶堵了，衞生間花灑出水有問題，但是都很及時幫着處理了，可以點贊。所以衹有一個衞生間的弊端就顯現了。
