開車到邯鄲時已經天黑。永洋國際酒店在邯鄲外環路上，酒店建的高大宏偉，剛開業一年，一切都是新的。在前台辦理入住瞭解酒店的情況時，一位女士過來向我們詳細介紹了酒店在邯鄲的方位、特色和美食等，並説她是酒店的工作人員，剛下班沒穿工作服。我們半信半疑，入住房間開窗通風時外面有些吵，下樓吃飯時向前台提出能否換一個房間，又碰上那位下了班的女士，她説你們先吃飯，一會就辦理。在餐廳一位服務員找到我們説，剛才張總去你們的房間看了,樓下𠕇跳廣場舞的聲音有些大，一會就結束，你們要換房樓同樓層兩頭有兩間你們看看是否滿意？我們看後滿意前台就幫我們換了，一會又送了一份果盤，説張總送的。我們很感動，沒想到酒店的張總這麼關心客人的入住情況，親自到房間查看問題，還贈送果盤，下了班依然還會接待客人並親自回答諮詢。我們離開酒店時沒見到張總説聲謝謝！張總的工作態度和温暖的服務感動着我們，有張總在永洋國際酒店一定會生意興隆！
