酒店環境好，前台美女姐姐很好，給房間升級，可以看到韓城夜景，房間很大，配套設施完善，很幸運住到這個酒店。

①進房間後，洗手間沒有打理乾淨；
②夜裡辦理入住，房卡沒有辦理好，進不去。

本來預訂是另一家酒店，到了前台被告知停電空調維修不能接待，找攜程客服協調之後搬到了這家酒店。酒店外觀很豪華氣派，房間也算乾淨，設施稍微有老舊，淋雨噴頭被水垢堵的出水不暢。自助早餐過於簡陋了，配套五星級酒店頭銜，品種不太多，38元一位吃飽肯定沒問題。
