The smell, the stench and unclean sheets dark and ugly room was just not good! The bed squeaked so much and no cups in the room… just wasn’t worth paying more for this hotel. I wanted to cancel and leave. It was that bad

It’s nothing like the pictures… it smells so bad, sheets aren’t clean, no cups… just overall not a good hotel. It wasn’t worth the additional $20… over the other hotel I was comparing it with

Staff were incredibly friendly & reasonable price for quality service nearer to Hampton university. It made me easy to do my job. Overall it was a good stay. Love to stay again

The front desk could not make a decision. Threadbare towels, no cups in the room, no breakfast despite being advertised, people sleeping in a van in the parking lot, the room pictures do not match the room.
