This location is awful. The first night we got in late, the room had peeling paint on the ceiling. The lights didn't work on the side of the bed as they were all unplugged. I had to move the bed just to plug in the light. Then the next morning I left the room to find some ice which there wasn't any on my floor so I went to return to my room and my key card wouldn't work. So I tried my wife's and hers didn't work either. So on are way out we advised staff who attempted to remedy the cards, I went back up and still didn't work. So I told them, they deleted and went up themselves. Still didn't work. So they advised they have to give us a new room. The give us the keys, we go back up to old room to gather stuff and when we get to the new room, we can't get in there either. So back down again to the front desk, this time they re-key and went up with us, and of course it worked. At no time was a sincere apology or even an offer of some type of discount/compensation for our troubles. Extremely disappointed in Best Western now.
