This is the worst hotel ive ever seen, scary snd dirty. The windows are broken, nothinf is as the internet describes. Do not stay here

Hotel is been doing major renovations and my room was brand new.Breakfast was very good with many choices both hot and cold and fresh fruit and waffle station.Millie at front desk always very helpful and friendly. Hotel has nice Restaurant (Logan’s)across street and many shops and restaurants in nearby vicinity and Beach only a 10 minute drive.

DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The pictures make it look way better than it is. I read some bad reviews and thought people were exaggerating so decided to give it a chance but let me tell you -- they weren't. There were nasty stains all over the couch and curtains. I didn't want to sit down because it was so gross. The room smelled like smoke even though they claim they are 100% smoke free. I stayed in the room for one hour and my throat started to hurt so we didn't even stay the night. They are renovating so there are tools in the hallway that you have to walk over to get to your room as well as a lot of dust from the work being done. They also have the smoke detectors covered so the dust doesn't set them off. The doors to the rooms don't self close like they do in a normal hotel which isn't great when you have kids going in and out. I tried to get my money back since we didn't end up staying because of the smoke smell and they wouldn't give it to me because I was in the room for an hour. They claimed they did not have housekeeping to turn over the room. So do they even clean in between guests? Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel and stay at the Hampton Inn in Exeter instead like we did, you won't regret it. I wouldn't even stay at this hotel if it was free.

The location was good. The hotel was under heavy construction. I requested to allow my friend to get into the room before I arrived. Which was denied. I went to a comedy show and when I got back to the room it was occupied by a family. Very disturbing and scary. My belongings were in the room!

Great location but hotel Lacks services. It’s the middle of renovation and upgrade . Breakfast was very underwhelming. Maid service was very poor. Fitness facilities are very aged . I’m sure it will be much better after Reno is complete . You can’t ask to be in a more convenient location.
