Superbe expérience, prestations de l’hôtel au top, propreté, accueil , confort, tout était parfait à cette période, novembre, très peu de monde donc très calme ! Le service est très attentionné, le personnel est absolument charmant et les repas sont très variés au buffet . Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Magnifique

Excellent hotel clean staff outstanding apart from deputy manager (rude) food was warm not hot this is Tunisia style of cooking Two waiters were exceptional made it run like a Swiss watch all staff happy to assist and make your stay very pleasant

This hotel has been outstanding, in its staff, service, support, rooms and everything that make a great hotel to stay in. From the time we checked in, to the rooms, with the staff so so helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with a sea view and a suite room was just fabulous, water, up to date coffee machines, daily clean and refreshing of items, restaurants were outstanding with not only local food at hand, but with international food as well, all food was hot and breakfast times were excellent. Bars, pool areas were clean and the lifeguards at hand, sun beds and towels at hand, waiter staff at hand to hand over your drinks, we really enjoyed the whole experience staying at this hotel. The general manager, she was outstanding, with her help, support and advising us where to go on our walk abouts, as we had a gent with us ( 2 couples holiday) who is partly sited. And the staff made sure we were take care off. One week stay in November for relaxation, this hotel is for calming and chilling, as this hotel is for adults only and the sister hotel next door is for kids and excellent for outstanding spa treatments, worth the money and it has a heated indoor pool and the spa pools are party outside. Will definitely come to this hotel again and again.

Magnifique hôtel avec 3 piscines et une très belle plage privée. Nous sommes restés une semaine au sein du Royal Azur et sommes ravis de notre séjour. Le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer et avons été très agréablement surpris de loger dans une suite avec douche, baignoire, 2 toilettes, 2 télévisions, 2 balcons et un lit immense ! Tout nous a émerveillés ! Le jardin est immense et très bien entretenu, comme le reste de l'hôtel. Un grand merci pour la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel et tout le séjour était super, de la chambre impeccable, spacieuse et confortable (big up aux femmes de chambre qui font un boulot au top ! ), la nourriture très bonne et extrêmement variée (il y en pour tout les goûts) les poissons et la viande grillés en direct excellente, les espaces piscines très agréables et très propres. Le service est impeccable, tout le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients (les serveurs du restaurant sont adorables), il y a plein de petits espace pour chill en prenant un bon petit thé à la menthe. On s'y sent vraiment bien, nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour nos prochaines vacances. Pour l'espace thalasso nous avons été chouchouté par les équipes du SPA très gentilles et le massage étais très relaxant, beaucoup de choix de soin. Le cadre est vraiment magnifique ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil, nous avons passé un séjour extra !

The resort is in a good location if looking for relaxation and good weather even in November. Good local cuisine with quality drinks avaliable. Rooms are spacy and clean, though toiletries could be of better quality. Spa is great with good variety of treatments available, but you need to book in advance.

Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung, es hat allerdings für uns einige erhebliche Mängel. Das Essen ist durchweg kalt und fad. Teelöffel gibt es nicht. Die Salzstreuer sind über strapaziert. Animation gleich null. Das findet alles im Nachbar Hotel statt.... da muss man aber alleine drauf kommen. Das indoor Bad ist eigentlich nicht auffindbar, erst mit Hilfe des französischen sprechenden Personals.
