Quiet resort . Staff at reception are excellent and very helpful. Food is ok can get a bit repetitive but if you are looking for a quiet break this is the place.

no room service after 11 pm no fresh water in the rooms when they clean your room and when you ask for something you are felt like they are doing you a favour not doing their job

Just returned after a one week Rooms - could do with renovating as they look outdated compared to other hotels we are stopped in at Tunisia. Food - we always found something to eat in the main restaurant. We did the Bbq restaurant three times in the evening in which fatty who served as was a credit to the hotel. The only problem was lunchtime where the Bbq restaurant is only open from 2:30 to 5 pm which we found was late, due to it being freshly cooked by the time you get it, you was still full for the evening meal. Can't understand why this could not have been opened at 12.30pm for all-inclusive customers Beach - we never went down to the beach due to two reasons I have a mobility issue in which there are many steps to go down. My husband went to have a look and said there were a lot of cigarettes ends in the sand and sun beds on top of each other. Pool - we never had a problem get to the sunbed at all. The music around the pool was nice not being too loud so we was able to talk to each other without shouting. The pool bar could have done with more staff at certain times of the day. Entertainment-we never took part in any of the entertainment as we're not into bingo, karaoke or quizzes there is live music in the lobby bar in which you need to get there early to get a seat as we did not usually have dinner till around 8:00 pm there was not many seats left Would we come back again we loved it that it was our adults only hotel Just needs updating. Access to the beach needs sorting and then yes we would probably in a few more years when these are done
