Nice accommodation in a private house. The access code for the front door and the room door had to be requested over the phone. Since I had not yet activated a New Zealand SIM card, I drove to a coffee house that was open on Sunday and asked the employee to call the number provided on his phone.
It is by the river, the environment is very good, there are free parking spaces by the river, but the number is limited. If you can't find a free parking space, you can choose valet parking.
Disadvantages: There are urine stains on the toilet seat. At 10 o'clock in the morning, the cleaning staff knew that there were people in the house, but they knocked on the door and opened it, and urged us to check out.
Everything is good, no meal included. The location is very good, you can reach almost everywhere you want to.Hamilton is not a touristic city comparing to other cities in NZ. So you can choose living here for some days.thanks

The apartment was clean and tidy. The staff are very accommodating and they are happy to assist you in everything you need. I highly recommended this place.
Clean and not too dated inside the room
Very noisy bed to even sit on
Woken up at 7am with two continuous beeps/alarms, one louder than the other, the louder one stopped but quieter one continued
A banging happening at either the end of the hall or below us, really loud and would be the same amount of bangs each time!
Parking is VERY limited behind the hotel - very disappointed I had been told free parking which is why I booked it, then turned up to find no spaces and having to pay for on street parking all night
The place is in the town centre, very near to a Chinese restaurant, that really made our day. The hotel room was really lovely, and we really like the hotel. The only bad thing was that the fridge is really smelly.
The hotel has convenient transportation and convenient parking. The room is large enough and it is very thoughtful with air and electric blankets. There is a double bed and a single bed in the room, and there is no problem with a child. The room layout is reasonable, there are kitchen stoves and refrigerators and dining tables and chairs, the bathroom is very convenient to separate dry and wet, will recommend friends to stay.
The environment is very good and the transportation is very convenient. You can walk to the shopping area without driving. The garden nearby is very beautiful and worth a visit. You can spend a wonderful day there with your children.

good point
・The staff are very kind.
・The kitchen was easy to use, with seasonings etc.
・The common living space was spacious and comfortable.
Points that caught my attention
・The building was old overall.
・There were times when Wifi could not be connected.
・It was a three-person room, but the spacing between the beds was narrow, making it feel a little cramped.
・White house dust on the bed? It had something like this on it. I fell in love, but it kept accumulating.
