Great stay! We really enjoyed our time. Management were lovely to work with.

Hotel/Motel that goes the extra mile. Lots of extras. We stayed in a King Spa Room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. High quality linen. Real coffee and a coffee press in the room. Reclining chairs to watch TV. Quiet at night. Located outside of the main downtown area, but a short drive by car. Friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend this motel.

We stayed at BK HLZ in March for a week as my daughter was having surgery. We were so impressed with Rick, Mona and also Andrea from housekeeping, who were all so helpful, kind and accommodating during our stay. Nothing was too much to ask and they made our stay feel like a "Home away from home". When we came back after the surgery, Rick saw that my daughter was struggling to walk to the room so he raced to get a wheelchair and took us to the room. I was so thankful and really appreciated the help. The facilities in the spotless room were very good and had everything we needed. Very comfy beds made our stay enjoyable, despite the circumstances. The lazy-boy chairs were also a huge bonus and great for my daughter, who struggled to sleep in a bed for too long . I would definitely recommend this property and would use them again. Requested disability room. Downside was you can't open from the front and go that way, and also disability parks weren't available in the front of disability rooms. The kitchen is very low. What I will say is the bed is very comfortable. I have traveled a lot and been to many hotels and this was exceptionally clean! I've never seen a hotel or motel so clean, including walls. I was very happy with our stay and I look forward to returning.
