Awful, looks like a rundown backpackers, do not stay here, its not a Ramada, it a Backpackers and a dirty scruffy one at that.

The hotel is very old and has a history of more than 100 years. However, there are not many hotels to choose from in Hamilton. It is very conveniently located in the city center and the restaurant downstairs is also very good. Parking is free

The hotel is located on the central street. There are many restaurants within walking distance. There are also good choices of Chinese restaurants. There is also Kmart nearby for strolling. Stayed here as an interim stop to visit the Hamilton Gardens, the park around lake rotoroa and then drive on to the Bridal Veil falls before returning to Auckland for our flights home. The Hotel was clean, free parking (and secure parking available if the free areas had run out) and has a good sister restaurant attached. Really nice hotel, very friendly staff and a good nights' sleep. Couldn't have wished for better.

Convenient check-in! The hotel is in a great location! There is an exclusive free parking lot! It can be used as one of the options for resting during the journey! The surrounding dining and leisure facilities are complete! Especially the Chinese food options are rich and varied!
