Awful, looks like a rundown backpackers, do not stay here, its not a Ramada, it a Backpackers and a dirty scruffy one at that.

The hotel is very old and has a history of more than 100 years. However, there are not many hotels to choose from in Hamilton. It is very conveniently located in the city center and the restaurant downstairs is also very good. Parking is free

The hotel is located on the central street. There are many restaurants within walking distance. There are also good choices of Chinese restaurants. There is also Kmart nearby for strolling. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Hamilton Gardens. The room is cleaned very well. Breakfast is in the western restaurant downstairs. Check-in is very fast.
