Excellent service!

Management: Rude, dismissive, could not or pretended not to explain payments schedule or read his bookings, demanded we show proof of payment, tried to take visa payment without permission, refused to give complaint details of his supervisors. We have been loyal patrons for 15 yrs, this is the worst treatment we have ever received. Cleanliness: Bathroom basins not cleaned, Rubbish liners not replaced, mud left on floors from outside (not ours), old smoke butt left in bin (I am a non smoker). Made us vacume our own rooms. Chipped plates, and rubbish behind couches & found a spare key, told us $50 for lost keys, people before us would have been charged from poor cleaning. Will be looking elsewhere next year, my company book at least 8 to 10 rooms a year for at least 6-8days. No more.

This was my regular monthly ‘go to’ in Hamilton. It has deteriorated lately. I won’t be back. They used my credit card without my permission and charged me for a room that I cancelled early that morning due to a death of a family friend. The service and caring side left with the previous managers. The room rates have increased several times in the last year since the new managers/owners took over and there is a lack of maintenance. There has been loud music coming from the Motel house and what used to be a great work base is no longer. Such a shame as this had historically been the place of choice for myself and many others who have now chosen to take our regular business to a more suitable option.

Arrived to a Beautiful clean and spacious motel unit with kitchen and even a spa bath! Complex was quiet with parking at door. Close to kmart and supermarket. Easy to arrange late check-in thank you so much. Lovely owners /managers made for a great overnight stay.

Nice, tidy accommodation. Well appointed and close to The Base. Not far from town. Nice and helpful people. A recommended place to stay but you need to book early because it's very popular. In a commercial retail area but private and don't get bothered too much with the surrounding activity.

Without a doubt, this was one of our best experiences. We had the pleasure of staying a few nights in early January, with friends who are visiting from the UK - we could not fault a thing. But, what really shows the superb hospitality John and his team turned on for us, was when we had to do a last-minute booking to stay again (late at night) because our friends had been in a car accident and been discharged from hospital. Not only did we get a bed, but John went over, above and beyond to help us in our hour of need. If we ever need to stay in Hamilton again - this will be our first choice. I highly recommend Quantum Lodge to others. Thanks so much John, you're a champion :o)

Stayed here en route from Auckland to Taupo. Lovely welcome and well-appointed room. It was 'disabled access' which amused us as we're both able bodied - maybe our ages had something to do with it (68 & 73 😀😃). Easy walking distance to local supermarket for breakfast groceries and close to good selection of eateries.

One of the best motels we have stayed at. Unit was beautifully appointed, warm and super comfortable. We had the best nights sleep in the super comfortable bed and the shower and bathroom were fantastic. We will definitely be back!!
