Hotel location is good, very close to the port, trestle bridge, the old tunnel of the Elbe River, it is very convenient to take the ferry in all directions; the conditions of the hotel are slightly simple, because not far from the rope street, the street is dirty, the staff is noisy, but the price is relatively low, short-term accommodation is acceptable.

This is not the first time we have booked with this hotel chain and we are very happy. The only thing we did wrong was to book the cheapest room, the conditions were not the best as there was humidity all over the room and the floor is half broken. Everything else was a ten out of ten. Including the breakfast, wonderful.

Our hotel was fully renovated in 2012 and offers 162 air-conditioned rooms with high-tech beds for a great night's sleep.

Cleanness was given, breakfast super.
Parking for €9 per day also.
What I didn't think good, on the room of the tape floor, the sticks had and I as an allergic had a nose closed all night.
The bed was comfortable, only the topper dropped down and down.
Recommend the (separate) beds, a ride in the middle, as these were broader.
Well, only with a chip card to reach the upper floors of the rooms.
The price was still high (360€ for 2 pers and 2 nights).

Facilities: Except for the hanger location is slightly better, there is nothing consistent.
Hygienic: The hole on the roof of the shower room is dirty at first glance. The wash basin cannot be plugged, and the others are barely.
Environment: There is nothing in the row downstairs, there is an east super expensive opposite, about 15 or 20 minutes to the river, this is OK.
Service: The breakfast is always cold, quite simple. The service is insensitive.

The hotel was perfectly adequate for our needs. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The service was also very good. The breakfast selection was also adequate, from bread to rolls, sausage, cheese, sweet spreads, etc. We didn't lack for anything. The reception is open 24 hours a day and is always friendly. Parking spaces in the back yard and garages are also available. Since the party mile (Große Freiheit) is right outside the door, anyone looking for complete peace and quiet is in the wrong place. Because there is a lot going on there until 6 a.m. (loud music, etc.)

The reception was friendly, it could only be checked online at the terminal. Despite the fact that the registration was occupied.
This is a Friday afternoon and only 3 terminals require time+patient. Check-in completed with the help of a staff member, we thought.
On Saturday morning we were in bed and suddenly another hotel guest came to our room with his normal hotel card!!!
This guest checked in 15 minutes before. After complaining about the registration, it appears that the staff did not complete this procedure when we check in, and thus considered our room free. I can't imagine if you are not there or travel alone. This must not happen.
The Prizeotel says a catogeries 4-Sterne. You expect more ........

The most satisfying and cost-effective hotel reminds me of Japan, every detail is very thoughtful, even if the room is not big. The occupancy rate in winter is not high. Going left and turning left at the traffic lights is the red light district. The S1 line Reeperbahn station is also here, 10 minutes to the train station central.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right on a main road, the city center and Hafencity are within easy walking distance in 15-20 minutes. Rooms are OK, but not necessarily 5 stars. Chairs a bit worn, radio channels didn't work, TV only limited on a Friday evening. Lobby/entrance lacks charm. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking garage easily accessible and even after checking out you could leave the car there to go into the city. A week before, we had stayed in a 4 star hotel in a different chain in Bonn. The facilities there were much better. So, as we expected a different standard, we were a bit disappointed. We had breakfast at Café Irma in the side street.

JJanLiuI would say the hostel really makes my stay in Hamburg amazing. The location is so good that you have easy access to buses, metro, trains, places to eat and I would say everything you need. The room is large and tidy. There are also very cheap places for luggage storage just inside the hostel if you need to check out but still want to explore the city. Really recommend.

The breakfast selection is not the best but it seems that we had no choice. The room is clean but the shower is a little old with some stains.

YYauWendyI have to catch an early flight from Hamburg airport and this hotel is close to the S1 train station. from there within 15 minutes I arrive the airport. It takes me ca. 10 minutes walk from hotel to/from Main train station, with a 30 inch big luggage 🧳
I'm glad I can checkout sharply at 5am, the counter is manned 24 hours and their staff are nice to offer help, e.g. lugguage storage, early checkout

CComer the roamerThere must of been a field trip or sporting competition in town because there were no less than 200 teenagers in this hostel! Haha, the room was fine, the bed was hard, the shower was hot, and the view (5th floor) was the other bunk bed rooms and some kind of meeting point for the pigeons. My window also faced the courtyard so it was loud outside my window well into the evening. All in all, it was a room that served its purpose, a place to lay my head.

AAnonymous UserWe don't know have to go to other hotel to check in and get the key. It would be great to have the information when making the booking. It's really annoying when we have late arrival and rainy day, we still need to carry our luggage to other hotel and come back.
Also, they have few homeless sitting in front of the entrance. They are nice and polite but I still feel unsafe.
I have paid for the Breakfast, but the reception said didn't see it in my booking. He was kind and maybe can feel that I am already exhausted and anger. He just gave me a Breakfast voucher and WiFi password. If not I think I will have a long waited until he found out the package until midnight.
Breakfast have to go to the hotel which we have checked it.

YYONGThere is parking lot, service is OK, check out is 11 o'clock. Very unfriendly, not knocking the door without explaining the reason, unable to communicate in English, except the front desk. The facilities are very poor. The room is small and not as good as a small hotel in the country.
