GGuest UserAll good with the hotel. Majority of the staffs are very helpful and friendly, however there are several staffs not particularly helpful, especially the female staffs at reception aren’t welcoming and helpful.

IItdoesntmatterwhofirst of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..

AAnonymous UserHi there! It was my second time at the hostel and I really like the rooms. The beds are sturdy. There are two things I would like to critique, the bathroom shower and the toilet are separate, which is nice, but super tiny and they feel a bit cheap. The other one, if you are female traveler like me, the dorm for only females is always much more expensive. This time the price difference was more than half the price Inpaid, last time it would have been double (!) the price compared to the mixed dormitory. To me this feels like a rip off of women trying to feel safe and comfortable while traveling! Please fix your pricing guidelines. Other than that I have been comfortable both times I stayed there.

GGuest UserGood value for money and very conveniently located. Plenty of street parking is usually available in the surrounding area. It's a short 15-minute walk to the East Side Gallery, where you can see the 'Fraternal Kiss' mural. The property has three buildings, so make sure to ask the front desk which one your room is in before you head up, to save yourself an unnecessary walk.

GGuest UserОтель находится рядом озером. Есть где прогуляться заняться пробежкой. Вечером на озере с отличным видом можно поужинать. Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала).

GGuest UserWell situated for public transport. Reception was not very welcoming or helpful. Parking available at bus station €10 for 13hrs (09.00-2200) over night free.
Some rooms still need refurbishment. Continental breakfast very good and plentiful.

MMexiiWir haben uns dieses Hotel ausgesucht, da die Barclays Arena fußläufig super zu erreichen ist. Der Check in an dem Terminal lief einwandfrei. Ich finde den Preis fürs Parken (15€) ein bisschen zu viel aber gut. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Einziges Manko: die aufdringliche Reinigungskraft. Der Check out ist um 12 Uhr und ab 8 Uhr kam ständig die Reinigungskraft und wollte ins Zimmer.
Durch die vorherigen Bewertungen haben wir kein Frühstück dazu gebucht.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch gehalten aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend.
Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

YYONGThere is parking lot, service is OK, check out is 11 o'clock. Very unfriendly, not knocking the door without explaining the reason, unable to communicate in English, except the front desk. The facilities are very poor. The room is small and not as good as a small hotel in the country.
