Ibis Hotels in Hamburg

There were a lot of people at the front desk because there were quite a few guests. The location is very good, a ten-minute walk from the train station. It takes a detour to take a taxi. Check-in was quite fast and it was very convenient to check out first. The breakfast place is a bit small, but the food is still good. The room is not very big either, which is a common problem in big cities.

The surrounding traffic is very convenient, there are various shops and supermarkets nearby. The front desk service was very good and the breakfast buffet was full. There is no electric kettle in the room, no refrigerator and other facilities, slightly inconvenient, but the overall comfort is good.

The restaurant and the bar were slightly underwhelming and closed early. Cleaning was alright. Would go again unless I find another hotel with a better restaurant/bar. Great location. Services were alright, didn’t get water/coffee as accommodation when I came (which was late) so had to buy it, which deducted points for them in my opinion.

Cleanness was given, breakfast super. Parking for €9 per day also. What I didn't think good, on the room of the tape floor, the sticks had and I as an allergic had a nose closed all night. The bed was comfortable, only the topper dropped down and down. Recommend the (separate) beds, a ride in the middle, as these were broader. Well, only with a chip card to reach the upper floors of the rooms. The price was still high (360€ for 2 pers and 2 nights).
