Seit vielen Jahren haben wir bei Hamburg-Aufenthalten hier übernachtet. Aber seit Hesse -Hotels übernommen hat, ist es nur noch unerfreulich. Buchungsanfragen für ein bestimmtes Zimmer werden nicht beantwortet oder mit der Buchungsbestätigung für irgendein Zimmer erwidert. Kommunikation mit dem Hotel sind schwierig bis unmöglich. Briefe werden nicht beantwortet. Der Hinweis auf Sauberkeit oder sich "auflösende" Sofas werden ignoriert. So kann man man mit Gästen nur umgehen, wenn einem diese egal sind. Schade mit ein bisschen Renovierung und Liebe zum Kunden wäre es immer noch ein attraktiver Platz.

Lage ist gut. Öffi und Gastronomie in allen Preisklassen vor der Tür. Spaziergehen durch Villengegend bis Elbe macht ohne Mühe Spaß. Für kurzen Städtetrip 1bis 2 Nächte gut geeignet. Parkplatz inklusive.

The Hotel is close to the Train station. I was worried as the other reviews were not good but i had no issues. The hotel is quite old but the facilities were good. Breakfast was good. The Staff were helpful.
