Great location, 10 minutes walk to the main station. Very friendly staff, nice room.
But there are two things to complain about, on the page where I booked it said check-in time was 2 p.m., so we were there at 2 p.m. and wanted to check in, then it said only from 3 p.m., otherwise there would be a €15 fee.
Second point: the toilet is beautifully modern, but the door does not have a lock to lock and it is milky, so not completely opaque. There is also no ventilation in the toilet, which is very uncomfortable when there are two people in the room.
Overall, a hotel that I can only recommend, especially in terms of value for money!

it was ok but we dont have towels we had to go to the reception to ask and then they give us towels but we had to bring them by ourselves and no fridge in the room,it was almost clean because the floor it wasn’t that clean,the shampoo it was only water with some soap.The bed sheets were almost clean but they have some marks on them.And under the bed it was a ear thingy and the windows were thin and that caused the train be so loud.

Neuwertiges und modernes Hotel. Zimmer mit Duschbad sauber und gut dimensioniert. Kein Balkon. Schallschutzverglasung. Begrenzt TG-Parkplätze vorhanden. Bus hält neben dem Hotel (Linie 112). Gutes, umfassendes Frühstück. Durchweg freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Ausgangslage für versch. Unternehmungen. Bahnhof und Harry-Potter-Musical zu Fuß in jew. 15-20 Min zu erreichen. Augenscheinlich sicherer Stadtteil. Hotel ist zu empfehlen - wir kommen wieder.

checked in ok, got to our room to find it was made as a double bed and we had asked for twin or 2 singles. eventually had that sorted out. Disappointed to find there is a few issues. 1 No Safe 2. No Fridge 3.Very little storage 4.No phone to ring reception if needed so have to keep going down from the 3rd floor to speak to them. 5 Breakfast 18.00 euros we found very expensive had to ask twice each day for towels to be changed. Good points are staff friendly, and the hotel is near the train station to head into the city. Overall wouldnt stay here again.

Würde das Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen! es wurden 2 Geldbeutel aus dem Zimmer geklaut, obwohl uns versichert wurde, dass niemand das Zimmer betritt. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit Wertsachen sicher zu verstauen noch einen Safe. Auf Anfrage an das Management, uns Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung etwas entgegen zu kommen, stießen wir auf Unverständnis. Aus unerklärlichen Gründen wurde einer der Geldbeutel im hoteleigenen Mülleimer gefunden. Die Gute-nacht Garantie den das Hotel auf ihrer seite versichert ist anscheinend nicht der Rede wert! Wir würden weder das Hotel noch die gesamte Hotelkette weiterempfehlen.

A brilliant hotel. A fantastic location with a 15 minute walk to the central station. There is a bus that goes from almost outside the hotel to the harbour, which is convenient to take a municipal ferry to sightsee, or take an organised boat trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good value and great quality. The staff throughout were great and friendly and helpful. I would like to say a big shout out to Melissa who was on reception. She was always smiling and she gave us so much great information. Thank you. Would i stay there again. Yes I most certainly would.
