Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Anbindung ÖPNV. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Bäcker und Gaststätten im der Nähe. Schöne, helle und großzügige Zimmer. Sauberkeit im Badezimmer könnte besser sein.

Es ist sehr schade um das Haus, so ein schönes Objekt, leider aber nichts erforderliches gemacht.
Leider lässt der Teppichboden,der sich durch das ganze Haus zieht, sehr zu wünschen übrig,
Dadurch wirkt alles sehr schmuddelig.
Die Mitarbeiter geben alles um drüber weg zu sehen😊. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit kleinem Balkon, sehr schön. Ein wenig Investition würde dem Hotel gut tun.

Wir waren zu einem Musical Besuch in Hamburg. Weil an diesem Wochenende auch eine größere Messe stattfand war ziemlich alles ausgebucht. Wir sind dann auf dieses Hotel Garni gestoßen und haben abzüglich 25%Rabatt 300€ gezahlt. Von Freitag bis Samstag 100€/ von Samstag bis Sonntag 200€. Ohne Frühstück, weil das gibt es hier GARNIcht. Aber inklusive 1x gefüllte Minibar (2 Coca Cola 0,2 und 1 Flasche Wasser 0,75). Das Zimmer: Verdunkelung nicht möglich, die lichtdurchlässige Gardine bedeckt ca. 2/3 Fenster; mehrere Schmutzflecken auf den Wänden, Teppich und im Bad viele offene Bohrungen in den Wänden; Deckenlampe funktioniert nicht; Schreibtischlampe funktioniert nicht; Fernseher funktioniert auch nicht; Staubweben im Bad und Schlafzimmer; Staub/ Schmutz auf Badewannenrand, Fensterbank, Fußleisten und mehr; Betten sind ungemütlich aber frisch bezogen; Hier wollten wir auf keinen Fall die Matratze anschauen; Zimmerreinigung am 2. Tag fand nicht statt; 1 Rolle Klopapier gut einteilen! Fazit: Wir fühlten uns dort dermaßen unwohl, so das wir am Samstag nach unserem Musicalbesuch heim gefahren sind. Wir können dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen!

Ich gehe seit Jahren in dieses Hotel, weil es für meine Zwecke optimal liegt. Aber es wird von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter. Nun gibt es kein Frühstück mehr, der Fahrstuhl ist ausgefallen, Schimmelbefall in der Dusche, Nachttischlame ohne Funktion, Vorhänge lassen sich nicht zuziehen (Straßenseite!). Das Personal ist nach wie vor sehr freundlich und kooperativ, aber das Hotel verkommt zusehends.
