Delightful hotel with friendly staff. Could be a bit closer to the center of Hamburg and main sites but it was great just the same.

Nice location. Clean place. With friendly and helpful staffs. They can also speak english very well.

Hotel location is relatively close to the public transportation , around 10 mins walk. Staff are really nice and friendly. Worth the money 🙌

Very nice hotel for the price

No issues with the hotel itself and the service (both are excellent), the only downside is the location. Nothing particularly interesting in the surrounding area and the construction made it tedious to get to but on the plus size, the train is a quick 10 minute walk away.

Nice stuff,good communication, can easy communicate in English, Remind me time when i was in a rock band, definitely recommend for price and guys who work there behind the bar, thanks guys for everything.

It was comfortable hotel for business use, also for private trip I think. There was a big table in the lobby floor and was good to work with colleagues.

The desk in the room is a little small, there is no water heater, and the breakfast is a little simple, I am not used to it yet. The transportation is good, and it is only about one kilometer away from the railway station.

The bar-style front desk can check in and order food. When I first checked into the room, there was an unpleasant smell when I opened the bathroom, and there were still diapers in the trash can that had not been emptied. After I gave feedback, the front desk changed me to another room. The overall feeling was good. The first floor was mainly for drinking, but the food was also good. The city tax was charged extra on the day I left. The system could not print the invoice in the morning, and the invoice was not sent to me even after I checked the email.

The front desk is very welcoming and there are drinks for sale 24 hours a day. The location is a bit remote, about 7 or 8 minutes' walk from the subway station, but very close to the city center and HBF. The room facilities are very simple.

There was road construction at the entrance, which was a little inconvenient, but everything else was ok. We bought ice cream in the lobby, and when checking out, the handsome guy said the spoon was too small and inconvenient, so he specially brought us the stainless steel spoon from their restaurant, which was very thoughtful. The overall feeling was good.

Very cool hotel with an industrial look. Room could perhaps use a wardrobe.

The toilet in the hotel room greeted us with dirt, other than that the room was good, the location was nice, the reception was good, okay.
