When I made the reservation, I specifically looked for the 24-hour front desk service. Because my flight was late, I arrived at the hotel at 12:10 pm. There was no one at the front desk. Fortunately, a few enthusiastic Albanians were having a late-night snack on their birthday and they helped me find it after a long time. The hotel's emergency contact number. After a long time of trying, I finally managed to check in successfully.

Booked late for a business trip and most of Hamburg was booked up. This was the only hotel coming in at under £300. I was in a rush so booked it and hopped on my flight. When I arrived I quickly realised that what was booked was just a bed. There was a shared toilet / shower/ sink right at the end of the corridor - not convenient. I understand dynamic pricing, but this room needed capping at £100 max. I paid £230 per night for the most basic room I've ever stayed in. Would have been better staying in a hostel for £200 less.
