Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel. Die Größe des Zimmers war völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen. Prinzipiell war es sauber, nur etwas verwöhnt. An der Wand waren zum Beispiel Flecken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und reichlich. Preislich lag es etwas zu hoch, hier könnte man die Zimmer etwas renovieren, zumindestens die Flecken mal überstreichen.

Absolut überbewertet, Seife und Duschgel leer, roch im Zimmer nach Rauch(Nikotin).
Matratzen rutschen auf dem Bett wild umher.
Die Krönung aber das Frühstück für 18€ pro Person.
Laberige Aufbackbrötchen, schwarz gekochte Eier, Rüheeibehälter vorhanden aber leer.
Preis - Leistung nicht annehmbar.
Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Ich habe ein leckeres, frisch gemachtes Bircher-Müsli bekommen, obwohl ich außerhalb der festgelegten Zeiten den Raum und das WLAN für mein Online-Business genutzt habe. Die Kaffeemaschine wurde extra für mich angeworfen.

Ich bin seit 5 Jahren Regelmäßig Gast in diesem Hotel und ich muss sagen das die Qualität und die Ausstattung über die Jahre abgenommen hat 4 Sterne hat das Hotel nach DEHOGA Vorgaben schon lange nicht mehr! Die Zimmereinrichtung ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, die Betten fangen in manchen Zimmern schon an zu knarzen , Fenster sind teilweise undicht , die Heizung scheint unregelmäßig gewartet zu sein(macht Geräusche) ...Die Zimmerbar ist abgeschaltet und leer geräumt und wird seit gut 3 Jahren auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt, teilweise sind sie sogar zu geschraubt. Sonst auch war immer ein Erfrischungsgetränk auf dem Zimmer , gibt's auch nicht mehr ... Restaurant ist auch nicht mehr vorhanden bzw. wird nicht mehr angeboten... Bedienung ist Teils patzig, aufmüpfig und frech! Sowas geht gar nicht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel! ...Also wenn es nach DEHOGA Vorgaben geht , würde ich dem Hotel maximal 2Sterne geben allerhöchstens und mit gutem Willen vielleicht noch 3 aber dann muss definitiv was geändert werden! Man bezahlt hier definitiv für 4 Sterne die man aber auch definitiv NICHT bekommt. Ich finde das auch sehr schade das ich eine solche Bewertung abgeben muss aber ich will ehrlich zu ihnen sein, da sie hier Preislich "über den Tisch gezogen werden". Ich denke da werde ich auch mal eine Beschwerde an die DEHOGA machen , das hier die Kriterien für die 4 Sterne nicht mehr erfüllt werden, einfach nur des Verbraucherschutzes wegen. Nichts desto trotz ist das Hotel immer noch Gut, in den Zimmern zum Hinterhof kann man immer noch wunderbar ruhig schlafen und das Frühstück ist auch sehr üppig und Gut. Dies soll eine ehrliche Bewertung meinerseits sein , die ich über ein Zeitraum von 5 Jahren als Regelmaßiger Hotelgast (mehrmals im Monat) abgeben möchte und damit klarstellen was sie erwartet.
