Unfortunately, my booking was not available when I arrived, even though it had been booked about 4 days before arrival and confirmed by Trip.com.
Nevertheless, the friendly receptionist was able to solve the problem relatively quickly. But unfortunately I didn't get the room and/or upper floor I wanted!
Pretty chandeliers do justice to the hotel name!
The bathroom needs a bit of renovation...
Otherwise, everything was fine!

The girl at the front desk doesn't speak English... Check-in is too difficult...

Very good. Right outside the train station. Convenient transportation around for dining. Highly recommended. Will stay here again next time.

Well situated for public transport. Reception was not very welcoming or helpful. Parking available at bus station €10 for 13hrs (09.00-2200) over night free.
Some rooms still need refurbishment. Continental breakfast very good and plentiful.
