Ich kann diese vielen sehr schlechten Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen ?! Wir waren zwischen 2016 und 2023 insgesamt 8 Mal zu Besuch in diesem Hotel und hatten bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten nichts auszusetzen. LEIDER ist unser positives Bild mehr als ins Wanken geraten, nachdem es uns 2024 wie meinem Vorredner ergangen ist : Wir haben Anfang 2024 das Zimmer gebucht und bekommen 5 Tage vor Anreise im September mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel wegen "größerer Baumaßnahme" vorübergehend geschlossen ist ?!!! Haben nach mehrfacher Nachfrage 2-3 andere Vorschläge erhalten, welche uns für den gleichen Preis angeboten würden. Diese lagen aber viel weiter weg. Da wir ohne Auto anreisen, möchten wir natürlich zentrumsnah wohnen und haben deshalb abgelehnt und storniert ! Haben dann Gott sei Dank (so kurzfristig) noch ein wirklich nettes Hotel in Altona gefunden, welches in Bahnhofsnähe liegt, so dass man mit der S-Bahn in 6 Minuten am Hafen war - war wirklich prima. DANN kam das NEGATIVSTE - als wir Am Holstenwall am Hotel vorbeikamen, stand eine junge Frau vor der geöffneten Tür und rauchte. Auf meine Frage hin erklärte sie mir (mit dem Handy-Übersetzer), dass sie aus der Ukraine kommt und sie ALLE hier im Hotel wohnen !!!!! KLAR - DANN BEKOMMT MAN GELD VON DER STADT UND BRAUCHT KEIN PERSONAL !!!!! Dieses Hotel - selbst wenn es wieder aufmachen sollte - sieht uns nicht wieder !!!

Unglaublich! Ich habe vor einem Jahr eine Buchung für dieses Hotel vorgenommen und erhalte kurz vor Anreise die Information, dass es "aus betrieblichen Gründen bis auf weiteres geschlossen" ist! Gäbe es einen kurzfristigen Grund dafür, hätte man eine Erklärung sicher angeführt, also gehe ich von einer länger geplanten Maßnahme aus, die man früher hätte übermitteln können. Da ich wegen eines Events ein Hotel genau in dieser Lage gewählt habe und andere Häuser dort nun ausgebucht oder 100-200% teurer sind, ist dies wirklich eine Frehheit!

O hotel é bem central. Fica próximo de uma estação de metrô e de um complexo onde encontram-se ótimos restaurantes de frente para o rio com barcos de passeio. Também tem um excelente parque nas imediações. Os apartamentos são confortáveis, o café da manhã é saboroso e o staff muito educado. Super recomendo.

Zimmer klein, abgewohnt, schmutzig. Das Bad eine Katastrophe mit Schimmel. Das Frühstück Mangelhaft, nichts frisches entweder aus der Plastikfolie oder der Dose. Der Kaffee eine Beleidigung, lauwarmer Filterkaffee aus der Thermoskanne. Der Frühstücksraum ungemütlich und kalt, da immer die Aussentüre offen stand. Das Personal, desinteressiert, unfreundlich. Nach dem Motto, "hoffentlich ist bald Feierabend". Habe sowas noch nicht erlebt. Das ganze Hotel ein Graus! Wenn man die früheren Bewertungen liesst, ist das anscheinend normal und dem Hotelbetreiber sch..egal.

Die Zimmer haben ihre gute Zeit längst hinter sich. Die Matratze war unbequem und die Federn merkte man deutlich durch. Das Bad verfügt über einen Duschvorhang und nicht wie auf den Bildern. Die Dusche war leider sehr schwer einzustellen. Entweder Verbrühung oder Frostbeulen. Wecker wird nicht benötigt, durch die Baustelle im Hinterhof, wird man ab 7 Uhr aus dem Bett geschmissen. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. 4 Nächte selbe Wurst, selber Käse, selber Quark. Keinerlei Abwechslung. Nicht mal Sonntags. Auch Rührei oder frisches Obst sucht man vergebens. Gurke und Tomate gab es. Kaffee oft lauwarm. Aber Dosenobst war da. Leider war der Chef immer außer Haus und nicht erreichbar. Novum, nicht noch einmal!!
