The hotel is in excellent location but has no air conditioning the rooms are very basic and small. The showers and toilets are very strange with horrendous noise when you use them, so much so that the hotel provides ear plugs to ease the pain. Breakfast is good and Lars at the bar area is very funny and good

Stock Optik - Darkroommässig da Alles schwarz ist Frühstück - einfacher Standard Service - max. befriedigend Suit - schwarzer Schuhkarton Ausstattung - minimalistisch bis primitiv, Fenster nur 1-flügelig öffnend, der zweite Flügel ist festgeschraubt ? Preis / Leistung - zu teuer [ knapp 400 € / Nacht ]

Das Hotel ist in Service und Ausstattung maximal ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Oberflächliches und inkompetentes Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption. Auch das Housekeeping ist wenig gastorientiert und klopfte am frühen Morgen innerhalb einer Stunde ganze fünfmal, um das Zimmer zu reinigen. Die Matratze und das Polyester-Bettzeug sind dermaßen umbequem und beeinträchtigen immens einen guten Schlafkomfort. Das Minizimmer zum Innenhof ist laut aufgrund dröhnender, undefinierbarer Lüftungsgeräusche und generell eine Zumutung für 2 Personen. Wir sind bereits eine Nacht früher wieder abgereist und ärgern uns über diesen sehr unerfreulichen Aufenthalt. Wenn man mit Glück deutschsprachiges Personal antrifft, ist eine Lösung nicht kommunizierbar. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel war im Grunde fantastisch sauber wie auch perfekt gelegen bis auf die Abwasser Absauganlage welche sehr ungewöhnlich und auch hörbar ist! Großes Lob auch an Tim von der Rezeption der überdurchschnittlich bemüht kompetent und super freundlich ist 😊

When checking in the door code did not work.
Also the room was quite «rough» and there was much noise, and every time someone nearby flushed the toilet you hear the pumps.

Die Geräusche der Vakuumabsaugung des Abwassers ist manchmal etwas nervig, gibt aber schlimmeres.
Das Frühstück ist super, für jeden was dabei, gute Auswahl.
Personal war immer freundlich.
Ausblick auf der Flußseite einmalig.
