This hotel is very good in every place. The front desk was very enthusiastic when we arrived that night. They introduced the hotel's features and found comfortable pillows and quilts for us. The hygiene and surrounding environment were also good. However, the only drawback was that there was no exercise room and breakfast was served outside the hotel, not inside the hotel.

Stayed here in may 2025, the hotel is located on the reeperbahn and a short walk away from the clubs and pubs and cafes, room was clean and bed was comfortable...could do with some vending machines as there was nowhere to get a water or snack after bar hours

Wir haben uns für das Hotel entschieden, da wir ein Konzert auf der Großen Freiheit 36 besucht haben. Das Hotel hat Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus der Tanzenden Türme - der Preis mit EUR 22 am Tag ist mehr als fair. Der Check-in verlief problemlis und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer in der 7ten Etage mit Blick auf die Reeperbahn war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Nach dem Konzert haben wir noch Drinks in der Lobby Bar genommen. Preis/Leistung stimmten und der Barkeeper war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr umfangreich und sehr lecker. Alles in allem: Daumen hoch! …und wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren an einem Wochenende hier. Die Lage ist wirklich top. U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war groß aber nicht optimal gereinigt. Der Frühstücksraum ist riesig aber das Frühstück war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel eher mau. Rührei aus dem Tetrapack z.B. , das Nachfüllen der Brötchen dauerte auch etwas. Aber die Lage reißt das alles wieder raus. Die Bar ist top. Gute Getränke zu annehmbaren Preisen.

Ich habe 4 sehr schöne Tage in Hamburg verbracht in einem Top Hotel mit einem unschlagbaren Preis. Ich habe Hamburg komplett zu Fuß erkundet, dafür brauchte ich ein Hotel das strategisch gut liegt. Die Erwartungen an das Hotel wurden komplett übertroffen! Und direkt vor der Türe ist immer was los, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

The room was clean and modern. The wifi signal was so weak it didn't work at all. We had to spend extra money on an esim just to be connected. Disappointing for a hotel that offers wifi inclusive with your room. The lock on the shower door was broken so you had to hold it closed with your foot when you showered so you didn't flood the room. Good location.
