非常糟糕的一次出差體驗，酒店服務意識差，行李在門口，居然沒有門僮幫忙搬上那幾層的樓梯，的士司機都看不過眼，下來幫忙，房間地板咯吱咯吱響，像**一樣，早餐做的簡單得沒有再簡單，香腸總是烤焦的，前台一羣女孩衹會德文不會英語，總是要比劃或者翻譯軟件出來幫忙，最鬧心的是明明説好可以延遲退房，後來又多收30歐元的退房費，衹因為那女的説德語，她也沒聽懂我的英文問題，在最後不想跟她們掰扯，還是給了……好好一間酒店，風景地段不錯，居然被這羣無酒店服務管理能力的人管着，真是糟蹋了

Room was nice and spacious, clean. But avoid the breakfast at all costs. It is in a TINY (and I mean tiny area) where the buffet is put out, meaning there isn't enough space to get food, there isn't enough space for the staff to put out the food. It feels like a real battle just to go there to get a coffee. The area is so cramped and small that the food laid out is in very small portions, so it needs constantly refilling every 2 minutes, yet there isn't enough space for the staff to keep bringing the food out. Why they just don't open up a bigger area and have more food out is a complete mystery.

Die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen sind auch mir ein Rätsel! Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Tolles Zimmer in einem herrlich altehrwürdigen Haus von 1896, super Bett, alles sehr sauber, wunderbare Lage. Und ja: wir sehen von unserem Zimmer aus die Alster trotz Blättern an den Bäumen. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Boutique-Hotel!

Wir durften hier 4 Nächte verbringen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage des Hotel's - direkt an der Außenalster gelegen, nur getrennt durch eine Straße zum Ufer. A propos Straße: wir hatten das Doppelzimmer Deluxe mit Alsterblick und in der ersten Nacht haben wir hin und wieder etwas Lärm gehört, dann haben wir die Fenster zum Schlafen zugemacht und die Balkontür im Badezimmer gekippt - und wir haben wunderbar und ruhig geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an frischen Produkten und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotelpersonal ist durch die Bank superfreundlich und hilfsbereit - auch da gibt es nichts zu meckern. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es eine große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Restaurants, Bars und auch die Bushaltestelle ist in 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen - zum HBF sind es von da 8 Minuten und es stehen 3 Buslinien zur Auswahl. Was ich nicht verstehen kann, sind die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen hier: - es beklagen sich Leute über zu hohe Preise - haben die blind gebucht ? - Parkplatzsituation - erwartet man in einer Großstadt wirklich üppigsten Parkraum ? - und weil jemand Sonntags früh um 7.00 Uhr kein Lunchpaket bekommen hat ( vermutlich ein Mißverständnis ) gibt man dann nur 1 Stern ? Tipp: besucht unbedingt die "Strandbar Alsterperle" ca. 100 m vom Hotel direkt am Ufer, besorgt euch einen City-bzw. Turbopass, der viele Highlights im Preis beinhaltet, nutzt den top-vernetzten öffentlichen Nahverkehr ( dazu zählen auch die Hafenfähren ! ) und ein Besuch in der Elphi ist absolut lohnenswert. Summsumarum können wir das Hotel Alsterblick absolut empfehlen und das noch in einem sehr fairen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr geräumige und hübsch eingerichtete Zimmer, jedoch auch sehr hellhörig. Für den Preis finde ich leider, das die Haartrockner im Jugendherbergestil völlig Fehl am Platz sind. Es fehlt auch an einer Klimaanlage und mit einem kleinen schmalen Fenster kommt auch nicht genügend Luft ins Zimmer. Schlappen wären schön gewesen. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, der Raum sehr gemütlich. Tiefgarage ein wenig kompliziert zu finden. Personal sehr freundlich.
